PARAGLIDING EXPEDITION TO HIMACHAL

Himachal is the first Indian state to start paragliding in India. Now there are a number of paragliding sites offering tandem joyrides and paragliding courses. There are some very good sites from where you can fly for hours and enjoy the natural beauty of the Himalayas and view the great Himalayan peaks and passes of over 5500m. There are a lot of possibilities for X country, thermalling and ridge soaring. A local pilot with an experience of flying more than 200 hours in local conditions will accompany you and tell you about the local conditions. You need to bring your own paraglider and we will take care of the rest of the arrangements including hotel, guest houses with breakfast, full board tented accommodation at Biling and lunch on the day when we are flying. 15 Days

The End of Inhabitable World - Kullu-Manali

The old Sanskrit name of Kullu was Kulantdasha, which means the end of the inhabitable world. The Aryan people gave this name to Kullu because of its location at the base of Dauladhar and Pir Pangal Range of the Himalayas and it was the last settlement of the Aryans.

Capital of The Tibetan Government in Exile - Dharamsala

Located on a hilltop in Dauladhar range of Mountains, Dharamsala is another hill station of Himachal developed during British rule and the present headquarter of Tibetan Exile Government headed by the Dalai Lama, who fled here with his followers after the Chinese invasion of Tibet.

The Golden Temple - Amritsar

Amritsar - the holy town of Sikhs, has grown from a sacred village pond into a spiritual temporal center of Sikh culture. The city gets its name from the pool - Amritsar (Pool of Nectar), which was constructed by the fourth religious preceptor of the Sikh faith. Golden Temple or Darbar Sahib is the most sacred temple for Sikhs.

Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal means "Crown Palace". It is perhaps one of the well preserved and architecturally beautiful tomb in the world. Taj Mahal was constructed in 22 years with twenty thousand people working on it. Taj is also described as designed by giants and finished by jewellers, because of the semi-precious stones inlaid into the white marble on the main mausoleum. Taj changes its color with the light, it is pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening and golden when the moon shines.
